The vigil anticipates the feast of Sts. Simon and Jude, apostles who preached the Gospel faithfully and suffered martyrdom. Their dedication strengthened the early Church and spread Christ’s teaching across diverse regions, and as we anticipate their feast we are invited to reflect on discipleship and readiness to witness.
May Simon and Jude inspire in us faithful proclamation, courage in confession, and perseverance in living for Christ, wherever we are sent.
